EVALUASI KINERJA LULUSAN D-II PGSD FKIP UNILA YANG DIANGKAT MENJADI GURU SD DI WILAYAH DEPDIKNAS
KOTA METRO TAHUN 2008

ABSTRACT

Based on the assumption and observations while in the field, teachers were graduates of the D-II PGSD not optimally implement the knowledge, insight, and skills in the learning process considering the implementation of curriculum that SBC has not been simultaneously so that the graduates need and adjustment in the application of learning at a local elementary school.
The formulation of this research is “How is the performance of the D-II graduates FKIP Unila in learning?” The purpose of this study were (1) in general to describe the profil of the D-II graduates PGSD FKIP Unila, (2) specifically to determine the performance of the D-II graduates PGSD FKIP Unila.
The results showed that the components that match the criteria of “good” teacchers are held there on aspects of planning aspects of learning in formulating learning goals, develop and organize content, scenario planning learning activities, design a classroom management and procedures, kinds, and a evaluation tool. However, in developing and oeganizing aspects of media and learning resources do not meet the criteria for the new medium vfalue. Implement the learning process ”good” at managing aspects of space and learning facilities, conduct learning activities, managing classroom interactions, being open and flexible asa well as helping student develop positive attitudes towards learning. However, the aspects of using the tools (media) in accordance with the puspose of learning, students, situations, and the environment, there are 20 teachers (38,5%) werel still reaching the value is (not in acoordance with the criteria). While the process and outcome evaluation components of learning, and communicating/return the result of evaluation “in accordance with the criteria”. But in the aspect of analyzing the results of the evaluation and conduct remedial teaching and enrichment programs “are not in accordance with the criteria” because it only reaches the value is.
